
Cisalfa Group has developed its business not only through the opening of new stores and business lines but also through the acquisition and reorganisation of some of the leading sports retailers and thanks to a strong relationship with the IIC - Intersport International Corp. There are 7 companies within Cisalfa Group: the head Cisalfa Sport S.p.A., Intersport Italia S.p.A., Italian Fitness S.r.l., Endeka Sport 2023 S.r.l. e Tecnosport 2.0 S.r.l. in Italy, meanwhile Sport Voswinkel GmbH e SportScheck GmbH based in Germany. Our headquarters is located in Curno (BG), while our five warehouses (covering over 130,000 square meters, including outsourced facilities) are located in Comun Nuovo (BG), Castelnovo Sotto (RE), and Germany. We have more than 240 stores and 5,700 employees.
Cisalfa Sport S.p.A is the company that develops, produces, sells, and distributes sports and leisure apparel, footwear, and equipment in Italy. We operate with over 150 Cisalfa Sport stores (and two e-commerce) in 18 regions over the Country, with over 160,000 square metres of retail space. Nearly 50 million people have visited our stores in city centres (15%), malls (55%), and retail parks (30%) to shop products from 250 global owned, licensed, and distributed brands. Our Cisalfa PRO loyalty programme has over 1.1 million members.
Intersport Italia S.p.A. is a subsidiary of ICC – Intersport International Corp. (5,800 specialised stores in 42 Countries and €13.7 billion turnover in 2023). We are a buying organization made up of about 120 affiliates with more than 250 stores in Italy and we have built a lasting relationship based on competence and synergy with all of them. Thanks to a shareholding and brand licensing agreement with IIC, Intersport Italia has a privileged relationships with the most important global sports brands and guarantees those affiliates the possibility of purchasing products from about 80 brands. The headquarters are in Bologna and the warehouse (almost 75,000 square metres) is outsourced to our partner Snatt Logistica and located in Castelnovo.
Italian Fitness S.r.l. is the company that produces and sells Carnielli-branded sporting goods, such as treadmills, stationary bikes, road bikes, mountain bikes, accessories, and innovative home fitness equipment, all for sale in Cisalfa Sport stores.
Endeka Sport 2023 S.r.l. is the company focused on developing the new multi-brand sports retail format Intersport Superstore, created to meet the needs of all consumers who wish to engage in sports activities, with particular attention to affordability.
The development strategy includes the opening of around 15 large-format stores (starting from 2,500 sqm), offering a range of over 80,000 products from more than 70 brands, and the hiring of approximately 900 employees in Italy by 2028.
Consumers can also rely on the dedicated e-commerce channel through the website Intersport.it.
Tecnosport 2.0 S.r.l. is the service company that manages the technological infrastructure and develops digital solutions for the Group.
Sport Voswinkel GmbH & Co. KG is the company that sells and distributes sports apparel, footwear, and equipment in Germany. Founded in 1904 by Hermann Voswinkel and based in Dortmund, the company is the largest retailer within INTERSPORT Deutschland, which it joined in 1989.
We operate in 10 federal states with more than 50 INTERSPORT Voswinkel and Sport Voswinkel stores (as well as the e-commerce platform Intersport.de/voswinkel), covering over 50,000 square meters of sales area.
More than 9 million people visited our stores, located in major shopping centers (75%) and retail parks (25%), to purchase products from over 200 global brands, including owned, licensed, and distributed labels. We also rely on a loyalty program with 330,000 enrolled INTERSPORT Voswinkel members.
SportScheck GmbH is the company that sells and distributes sports apparel, footwear, and equipment in Germany. Founded in 1946 by Otto Scheck and based in Munich, it operates in 11 federal states with around 25 stores (and the e-commerce platform Sportscheck.com serving the entire DACH region), covering more than 65,000 square meters of sales area.
Our stores are located in city centers (65%) and major shopping centers (35%), offering products from over 100 global brands. We also count on more than 4.5 million members enrolled in our loyalty program.
