This accessibility statement applies to the website www.cisalfagroup.com, managed by Cisalfa Sport S.p.A., a private company operating in the retail sector of sporting goods. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/882 and with reference to the harmonized technical standard UNI CEI EN 301 549:2021, Cisalfa Sport S.p.A. provides the following information on the accessibility status of the website.
Compliance Status
As of the date of this statement, the website is not fully compliant with the technical accessibility requirements set out in the EN 301 549 standard. Some functionalities and digital components do not meet the criteria of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Assessment Method
A technical assessment was carried out in June 2025 by an external professional certified in digital accessibility (IAAP CPACC), through:
automated testing using tools such as WAVE, axe DevTools, and ARC Toolkit;
manual exploratory analysis of the main sections of the website (homepage, category and product pages, cart, and checkout);
observation of user interactions performed via keyboard and assistive technologies;
observation of the behaviour of certain interactive and dynamic components, with particular attention to WCAG 2.1 standards.
Evaluation Outcome
The assessment revealed several non‑conformities, particularly related to:
management of text alternatives for images;
clarity and association of labels within forms;
semantic structure of headings;
focus behaviour within navigable components;
consistency in the labelling of links and call‑to‑action elements;
coherent use of ARIA attributes in dynamic components;
issues with layout adaptation under zoom conditions (e.g., partial reflow at 200%);
absence of a closing mechanism for the megamenu using the Escape key;
insufficient colour contrast in some text/background combinations;
inconsistent behaviour in the management of interactive tabs when navigating with keyboard arrow keys.
Statement
This statement has been drafted pursuant to Article 15 of Regulation (EU) 2019/882, in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex IV of the same Regulation. It provides an objective description of the current accessibility status of the website based on an exploratory technical assessment. It does not constitute a certification of compliance.
