Authorized Economic Operator (AEO)
Our certification as Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) forms part of new IT procedures and certifies us as “reliable” in relation to customs and international trade authorities. It operates for Cisalfa Sport S.p.A..
Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS)
GOTS certification guarantees responsible and sustainable development in the textile sector, and certifies the quality of our production and packaging processes, limiting the use of chemical products and respecting environmental criteria throughout all the phases of the production chain. GOTS certification, in addition to defining very restrictive environmental and social criteria, guarantees that our products contain at least 70% natural fibres from organic farming, that traceability is maintained throughout the entire production process, and that any chemical products used in the processing of textiles comply with certain requirements. There are two labelling levels: “organic” or “organic in conversion” (at least 95% of the fibres must be certified “organic” or “in conversion”) and “made with x% organic (or in conversion) materials” (at least 70% of the fibres must be certified “organic” or “in conversion”). It operates for Cisalfa Sport S.p.A..
Global Recycled Standard (GRS)
The GRS certification - promoted by Textile Exchange, one of the most important international non-profit organizations for responsible and sustainable development in the textile sector - recognizes the importance of recycling in the development of a sustainable production and consumption model, with a view to reducing the consumption of resources, such as virgin materials, water and energy, and increasing the quality of recycled products. GRS certification guarantees that products contain at least 20% pre-consumer or post-consumer recycled materials, that traceability is maintained throughout the entire production process, and that any chemical products used in the processing of textiles comply with certain requirements.
Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and restriction of Chemicals (REACH)
All our imported products have REACH certification (as per EC Regulation 1907/2006), guaranteeing a high level of protection of human health, safety and the environment. To demonstrate the health and safety of the products, the labelling of each item contains information on the origin of the goods, on the composition of the fabric, on the type of washing cycle and washing instructions, and on identifying the importer. From 2022 onwards, product tags also provide environmental instructions.

Questa certificazione dimostra il nostro impegno contemporaneamente per aumentare l’efficacia ed efficienza dei processi interni e per migliorare la soddisfazione e la fidelizzazione dei clienti alla crescente competitività dei mercati. È operativa per le società Cisalfa Sport S.p.A., Intersport Italia S.p.A., Italian Fitness S.r.l. e Tecnosport 2.0 S.r.l.
Sistemi di Gestione della Sicurezza dell’Informazione – SGSI (ISO/IEC 27001:2022 assieme alla sua estensione ISO/IEC 27701:2019)
L’ottenimento di questa certificazione ci permette di impostare, gestire e garantire una selezione di controlli di sicurezza adeguati e proporzionati delle informazioni. È operativa per le società Cisalfa Sport S.p.A., Intersport Italia S.p.A., Italian Fitness S.r.l. e Tecnosport 2.0 S.r.l.
Inoltre, collaboriamo solo con aziende produttrici che rispondano ai requisiti richiesti dalle principali certificazioni internazionali, tra cui Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI), SEDEX e Worldwide Responsible Accredited Prodution (WRAP), allo scopo di verificare che siano rispettati i diritti dei lavoratori quali l’assistenza legale, la libertà di associazione, il diritto alla contrattazione collettiva, il divieto ad ogni forma di discriminazione, la remunerazione equa, l’adeguato orario di lavoro ed il riconoscimento degli eventuali straordinari, la salute e la sicurezza del posto di lavoro, l’assoluto divieto di utilizzo del lavoro minorile e l’intervento delle autorità locali in caso di violazione dei principi etici e sociali.
