MODEL 231 -The Board of Directors of Cisalfa Group has adopted the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01, which aims to outline the system of operational and behavioural rules governing the Group’s activities, as well as the additional control measures implemented to prevent crimes and administrative offences committed by individuals in senior positions or by those under their authority or supervision, which could give rise to the Company’s administrative liability.
