The Cisalfa Group Legal Department assists corporate bodies and organizational functions in pursuing regulatory and ethical compliance objectives.
The Board of Directors of the Cisalfa Group adopted the Organisation, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/01, which aims to represent the system of operational and behavioural rules governing the Group's activities, as well as the additional control elements with which the organisation has equipped itself in order to prevent crimes and administrative offences committed by persons in top management positions and by persons subject to their area or supervision, from which the Company´s administrative liability may derive.
