Cisalfa Sport S.p.A. has adopted an ordinary governance system characterised by the presence of a management body, the Board of Directors, and a control body - the Board of Statutory Auditors - in addition to a Supervisory Board (consisting of an external member acting as Chair and an internal member).
The accounts are audited by an external auditing company (BDO Italia S.p.A.).
The Board of Statutory Auditors consists of three members and is responsible for monitoring and supervising compliance with the principles of proper administration and, to the extent of its powers, accounting regularity.
